AquaCruise is a limited UK company established in 2002. We are charter brokers and yacht managers for select privately owned yachts in the Western Mediterranean and Caribbean. Our particular specialist area is the French Riviera.

Travel Bonding and Financial Protection - How safe is your money?
All our charters are conducted with MYBA contracts (Mediterranean Yacht Brokers Association). Yacht owners are not fully remunerated until successful completion of your charter, and all monies are held by a third party stakeholder in a nominated trust account (escrow account). This means that bonding is not required and 100% of your money is protected in the unlikely event that we or the yacht owner becomes insolvent.
